Olayiwola Oladele is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Fulbright Fellow, Georgetown Scholar, and Professor of Business Law. He was the founding Provost of the College of Law and, at the same time, Head of the Ifetedo Campus, Osun State University.

Professor Oladele has more than thirty-five years of seasoned corporate law practice, research and teaching, covering the fields of company, commercial transactions, banking, law and development, international financial regulation, global securities markets, and international project financing among others.

Bosun George Oladele Esq. LLB(Ife) BL.

Bosun an Alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife is our Managing Partner. He was called to Bar in December 1993, an expert in litigation, Legal Drafting and Documentation. Beyond legal practice, Bosun is a politician and a serial entrepreneur. He started as a Counsel at the Firm of Ade Adeoye & Co., rose to become a Partner and Head of Chamber, from where he left to start Oladele & Oladele Solicitors in 2007.

A leader of thought, Bosun joined the Oyo State government as Commissioner for Information and Orientation in August 2011 and served till November 2012. He was the House of Representatives member representing Irepo/Orelope/ Olorunsogo Federal Constituency in the 8^th Nigerian National Assembly from June 2015 till May 2019, and member Ecowas Parliament February 2016 to February 2020.

He is an active member of the Ikeja Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, a 7 Star Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary International and one time active Assistant Governor (Special Duties) of the Rotary Club of District 9110, Nigeria.
