Nene, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, obtained her LLB (Hons) and LLM at Abia State University and the University of Lagos in 2004 and 2012 respectively. Her expertise is in Arbitration, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law. Nene is resourceful to us in Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, negotiating preparation of Structural Financing and Operational Contractual Documents. She is a Debt Recovery expert, strong in Commercial Dispute Resolution. Nene also has strength in labour agreements, compensation arrangements for employees and executive employment agreements.
